Everything you need to know about using Pixelgate as a customer.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage and sign up with your email. You'll be guided through onboarding where you create your organization, set your brand code (a 2–5 letter prefix for order numbers), and configure your first product.
What happens during onboarding?
You'll set up your organization name and brand code, select your country and timezone, then add your first product with brand name, target audience, tone of voice, and style references. You can start placing orders immediately after.
How do I install the app on my phone?
On Android Chrome, you'll see an "Install App" banner automatically. On iOS Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom of the browser, then select "Add to Home Screen". The app works like a native app from your home screen.

Placing Orders

How do I place an order?
Go to Orders and tap "New Order". The 3-step wizard lets you: (1) choose your product and video format (9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, 16:9 landscape, or 4:5 feed), (2) add your script, hook, reference videos, callout text, and notes, and (3) review pricing and submit. At least one of Script, Hook, or Google Doc URL is required.
Can I place bulk orders?
Yes. Go to Orders and click "Bulk Order" to submit multiple videos at once. Set a shared brand, batch name, and optional Google Doc, then add individual video items. Each becomes a separately tracked order.
Can I save order templates?
Yes. When placing an order, you can save the current brief as a template. Saved templates appear in the "Load from Template" dropdown when creating new orders.
What is rush delivery?
Rush delivery guarantees a 24-hour turnaround instead of the standard 72 hours, for an additional $15 fee. Rush orders are highlighted with a badge throughout the platform.

Tracking Orders

How do I track my order?
Every order has a detail page with its current status, a visual progress bar, full timeline of changes, comments thread, pricing breakdown, and deliverable downloads. You receive notifications for every status update.
What is the order lifecycle?
Submitted → Assigned (editor assigned) → Acknowledged (editor confirms) → In Progress (editing) → QC Review (quality check) → Delivered → Completed. If QC finds issues, it goes back for corrections. You can also request revisions after delivery.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be edited while in Submitted, Assigned, Acknowledged, or In Progress status. You can also cancel an active order from the order detail page.

Revisions & Ratings

How do I request revisions?
When your order is Delivered, open it and click "Request Revision". Describe the changes needed in detail. Each order includes up to 3 revisions, and requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
How do I rate a completed order?
After approving a delivery, you'll see a rating prompt. Select 1–5 stars and optionally add a comment. Ratings help us maintain quality across the platform.

Products & Brands

What are Products?
Products store your brand information: name, logo, colors, target audience, tone of voice, and guidelines. Selecting a product when creating an order pre-fills the brief with these details.
How do I create a product?
Go to Products and click "New Product". Fill in the brand details, target audience, tone of voice, website URL, social links, default CTA, and optionally link a Google Drive folder for brand assets.

Billing & Wallet

How does the wallet work?
Your organization has a wallet balance. Orders are charged when completed. View your available balance, reserved funds, pending requests, transaction history, and invoices in the Billing section.
How do I add funds?
Click "Add Funds" in Billing. Review the bank transfer details (with copy buttons), make the transfer, then submit the amount and transaction reference. Funds are credited once approved.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on video duration. Standard tiers range from $30 (up to 60s) to $120 (5+ minutes). Your account may have custom pricing or active discounts set by your account manager.

Video Library

What is the Library?
The Library shows all your completed deliverables. Search by title or order number, filter by brand, and download or view each video. Quick access links to Google Drive folders are also available.

Chat & Notifications

How does Chat work?
Real-time messaging with your production team. Threads can be linked to specific orders. Send text and attachments (up to 25MB). Unread counts appear on the chat icon.
How do order comments work?
Every order has a built-in comment thread. All parties can comment. Use Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to send quickly.
What notifications will I receive?
In-app notifications for order status changes, new messages, fund request updates, and delivery alerts. Also available via email.

General

Is there a dark mode?
Yes. Click the sun/moon icon in the header to toggle between light and dark mode.
How do I search for things?
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) to open the command palette. Quickly search for orders, navigate pages, or perform actions.
How do I update my profile?
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile. Update your name, avatar, phone number, and timezone.
